Richard is a proud enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation and has over a decade of experience in the technology sector, heavily focused on mobile app development. He has helped small mom-and-pop shops to Fortune 100 and 500 companies, including the financial, Transportation, education, and oil and gas industry, to help create, release, and maintain their mobile apps.
He is an entrepreneur at heart, a strong leader, and has been the Co-Founder & CTO of several successful startups. He is an expert mobile app developer focused on hybrid cross-platform development using Google's Flutter framework and firebase/AWS Amplify for the backend.
He is responsible for creating the First digital banking app for Native Americans, Totem. When he's not developing or leading the charge to create the next awesome, game-changing app, he loves to get involved in his community and gives back his knowledge to help more Natives in Tech achieve their dreams of becoming successful entrepreneurs.

Jennifer Chance is a seasoned professional and dynamic leader with over 15 years of experience in healthcare and technology. As the Chief Operating Officer of FAME, she brings deep expertise in data integrity, compliance, and operational strategy to support the growth and empowerment of Native-owned businesses.
A Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Risk Adjustment Coder (CRC), and Certified Professional Coder – Instructor (CPC-I), Jennifer has a proven track record of translating complex systems into meaningful, measurable results. Her background in Google Data Analytics and degrees from Tulsa Community College and Northeastern State University further enhance her ability to lead with both precision and innovation.
At FAME, Jennifer applies her leadership and educational mindset to build systems that are not only efficient but also culturally responsive. As a wife, mother, and advocate for balance and purpose, she understands that behind every business is a story—and behind every story is a legacy worth preserving and advancing.

Adam Recvlohe (Muscogee/Yuchi) is a Native technologist with over 10 years of experience working in the software industry. He is now bringing the skills he has learned working for e-commerce companies to FAME. His experience working on the web platform brings invaluable knowledge to how FAME supports all of our tribal clients and customers.
His expertise is in frontend development, utilizing React and other modern library tools to build dynamic and elegant user experiences. He is excited to build Native-centric technology like FAME for all indigenous peoples.
He was a co-founder of Natives in Tech and actively gives back to his community when not building software. He lives with his cat, Locv, which means "turtle" in Muscogee.
